Our mission is to provide these operators with tools for dynamic pricing and AI analytics, enabling them to adjust their offerings in real-time based on market demand.

Registration and Access

Minimum Age Requirement

To engage with our Services, you must be at least 18 years old or the minimum age in your jurisdiction that permits the use of such services.

Account Registration

Creating an account requires providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Business Verification

Tour operators may be required to provide business verification documents to access certain features of our platform. This helps maintain the quality and trustworthiness of our marketplace.

Service Description

B2B Marketplace

Tour Pitch operates as a B2B digital marketplace connecting tour operators with travel sellers. Our platform facilitates the listing, discovery, and booking of travel experiences.

Pricing Model

We operate on a transparent monthly listing fee model (5% of tour price per month, minimum £29) rather than taking commissions from sales. Tour operators keep 100% of their booking revenue.

AI and Analytics Tools

Our platform provides AI-powered analytics, dynamic pricing recommendations, and market insights to help tour operators optimize their offerings and pricing strategies.

User Responsibilities

Content Accuracy

Users are responsible for ensuring all content, including tour descriptions, pricing, and availability, is accurate and up-to-date. Misleading or false information may result in account suspension.

Compliance with Laws

Users must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations in their use of the Services and conduct of their business activities.

Professional Conduct

All interactions on the platform must maintain professional standards. Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

Payment Terms

Listing Fees

Monthly listing fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable. Fees are calculated as 5% of the tour price per month with a minimum fee of £29 per month.

Commission Facilitation

While we facilitate commission payments between tour operators and sellers, we do not take a percentage of these transactions. All commission arrangements are between the parties involved.

Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of their content but grant Tour Pitch a license to use, display, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating the platform. Tour Pitch retains all rights to its proprietary technology and platform features.

Limitation of Liability

Tour Pitch Limited's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with English law, with proceedings conducted in London, England.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice. Tour Pitch reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
